Coconut Tres Leches Hot Chocolate

I had you hooked from the moment you read Coconut Tres Leches Hot Chocolate didn't I? I drink hot chocolate more often than I'd like to admit, so when I came across this recipe in Better Homes and Gardens, I had to try it. I thought it was fabulous, but you'll have to see for yourself what you think:

3 cups fat-free milk
1 14-oz. can unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 of a 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk (2/3-cup)
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
1/4 cup chocolate shavings (optional)

1. In medium saucepan combine fat-free milk, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Whisk in cocoa powder until well-combined.

2. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve in mugs topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Makes 5 (1-cup) servings.

Before I even read your post I was going to write: "You had me at Coconut Tres Leches Hot Chocolate". Then, I read your first sentence and realized we are alike in more ways that you would probably like to admit :) I will indeed try your recipe if you try mine:
Go to Target. Purchase a bag of Candy Cane Kisses AND a bag of the Dark Chocolate Mint Truffle Kisses. Make up some regular old hot chocolate (I use Provident Pantry brand...) and drop in a kiss. Either flavor. Or both. Mix until completely or partially melted. Sip and think of me :)

I do not cook. Therefore you will be making this for me while you're in Utah in a few weeks. Can't wait!

I am excited to try this, but anything with sweet and condensed milk is ALWAYS good, so I think it will be delightful!!!
