There was a moment that my mother put a parsnip amongst the items on my bathroom counter. |
There was a moment that Jansen decided to learn to ride his bike without training wheels. We are still working on it. |
There was a moment that I actually got Emmy dressed in more than a onesie. And for two more points I put a headband on her. |
There was a moment while living in Las Vegas that I actually wore my hair down. And I wasn't too hot. But it did get grabbed by itty bitty fingers a lot. |
There was a moment when the sun was in just the right place and it made an already beautiful temple look amazing. |

oh how i wish it was sunny and warm enough for only onesies around here! you look great! emmy is a doll!
You can't just leave a girl hanging about a parsnip on a counter top in a bathroom.
Also, cute shirt.
Also, I dig the look on Emmy's face.
Now I know where you got your fantastic sense of humor--your mom is apparently as quirky and fun as you are!
You look fabulous first of all. You have such a cute family.
I love the temple pictures. especially on a warm sunny day...dang you Vegas and your nice weather and heat.
I never did ask you how long it took you to notice the parsnip amount the "other" beauty products.
so..not only did you get 3 points for getting emmy dressed with a headband..but whoa..you did your hair on the same day? i don't even do that! bonus points for sure. i love your mom. she is so great.:) and AWESOME pic of the temple.
Yay for head bands on baby girls...she's so cute! We're trying to work on the bike thing with Jantzen too, but it's going slow.
BTW, those are some awesome pictures of the temple, I love them!
Parsnip is kind of random eh? Do you eat parsnips?
I miss you by the way. A lot.
Love the temple pictures. Love the parsnip. OK, not sure how I feel about parsnips because I've never actually cooked them, but I LOVE that your mother was accessorizing your bathroom with them. Love the Emmy Hippo, no matter what she wears, and I LOVE that Jansy Pants decided that he was ready for the big time bike riding. OH, and the oddish thing about this post? The picture of you holding little Emmy looks like a picture of my mom holding me when I was a baby. You actually look a little like my mom did back then! Isn't that weird? It's odd that I see her in you, because I never have before...not until you posted THAT particular picture. Whoa. Genes are weird. Oh, but jeans are weirder, at least the way mine are fitting these days...
You look great, and Emmy is absolutely adorable!
I need to see a picture of a great lady who would put a veggie on a bathroom counter top. I am in love with her...
Beautiful picture of the temple!!
Oh that temple is so pretty...I remember going to the Vegas temple and being amazed at how beautiful it was and I couldn't believe I was in "Vegas", bc it wasn't like the normal Vegas everyone thinks of. Oh my goodness, Emmy is such a doll and you look AMAZING! Seriously. I love that pic. of you and Emmy, where it looks like you're mimicking her, kind-of squinting at you. LOVE your quirky comments. Talk to you soon I hope!
