Although the movie has proven to still be a little too "scary" for him, Jansen has really been into the Incredibles lately. He loves to lift heavy things, "move around a lot" so that he can get more muscles, and eat lots of food so that he will be strong. Here he is lifting one of the couches:
And the coffee table. Hold on Rescue Heroes figure!
We probably put off getting Jansen a new bike a little too long. Jansen has been riding his Fisher Price plastic tricycle for like 3 years now...and what a courageous and wonderful "bike" it was...he even completely wore a big hole in the front wheel. But this past Saturday we picked out this one and he has been so so excited.
It cracks me up that the bike says Major Damage on it. If this isn't positively beaming, I don't know what is.

maybe he should protect his brains before he slaps his head like that! ha ha! OMgoodnes!! I'm loving the "features" comment! So...does dad's bike have training wheels too? I couldn't see what he was pointing at :) he is so cute!
I was looking at the pictures and saw "major damage" and was totally going to comment on how funny that was and you beat me to it. Great minds think alike I say. And I'll tell you what, our minds must be great.
My favorite part was when he said,"helllmet!" and how he kind of points to you like he's been practicing that part. Looove it. He looks so grown up on his new bike. I'm sure he'll discover new things and go to fun places on it. He sure is cute Jess.
I think Jansen is the best "feature" of the new bike! With a name like Major Damage he better wear his helmit.
Holy cow Jess, he is so cute and i could listen to him say and talk about the features all day!!
umm..i love him. i love that second picture..he looks like he is going to pop some blood vessels in his head! we were laughing at the "features"..now put a video up of him talking about trains...about conductors and all of his number trains..please!:)
"Major Damage" should come ride bikes with "Princess Wheels" who just got her first big girl bike a few weeks ago on her birthday! They could discuss features, name the parts, and cruise the culdesac together. Yah. That's a good idea.
