Ever since this stuff came out I have thought, "Are you kidding me? You are going to try and sell me juice with the water already added? I can dilute it myself thank you very much."
Natalie doesn't care too much for juice yet, but Jansen loves it and I still dilute it. He drinks a lot of OJ so when I saw this stuff on sale and I had a buy one get one free I decided to try it and give the OJ a break for a week or two. Now, it does boast:
No high fructose corn syrup added
No sugar added
No artificial sweeteners added
Only 80 calories per serving
And more water than other fruit juice brands
No sugar added
No artificial sweeteners added
Only 80 calories per serving
And more water than other fruit juice brands
...but I still find this product totally ridiculous! Juice already diluted! As in, I am getting a container that is half full of water that I can get for free from my tap! Am I missing something here? I tasted it today and it tastes just like the watered down stuff I give my kids...which is not a very good taste. (Someday they will discover what juice can REALLY taste like.) Does anyone else feel like their intelligence is being insulted by being offered this product? (Which I totally bought.) Or like I said, are there benefits to this that I am not realizing?

Must be the same concept as peanut butter with the jelly already added. It's for people too lazy to dilute their own juice (or to dip a knife into two jars).
I am SO with you on this one, Jess. No way am I going to buy juice that is already watered down, when I can get the same size of juice and then water it down myself and it is TWICE as much. It just doesn't make sense (unless you have a coupon, and then I might CONSIDER it)
So true! I totally agree with you. I actually went to print this coupon online today to use it at the store today, but it wouldn't print and so I did not end up buying this. Good to hear your review on it though! thanks. :)
I love to get Crystal Light because you can water that down more then you are suppose to and it still tastes good!!
Carrie would totally buy that stuff. Especially because the bottle looks cute and she is susceptible to good marketing. I, on the other hand, am perfectly capable of diluting juice...which Evie doesn't drink anymore because she keeps stealing my Coke. This is hilarious and extremely distressing at the same time. Seriously, if I leave a Coke out, she will scout it out and have it in her room and drunk dry in seconds flat. I'm in trouble.
i have never heard of this stuff..but luckily, i am with everyone else and don't want to pay for water as well!:) thanks for last night...it was so fun and super needed (an adults night out!).
I can't believe that you bought it.
