On Valentine's Day

Yeah, they're hearts if you can't tell. Martha Stewart would be horrified by how my pancakes turned out. Luckily she doesn't read my blog, or she never comments anyway.

Now here is something truly awesome. We got these couches for free from a friend of a friend and Nate picked them up yesterday. No more Wal-Mart couch covers and couches purchased at Savers and Volunteers of America! There's a large ottoman as well that we have up in our room.

Such a cute Valentines breakfast (or dinner if you are at my house with no husband.) I love the couches. Those are super nice. I especially love the models.

How nice that you got those couches for FREE! I love free stuff, especially when it's way nice. I have never scored anything as great as those couches for free, though. How did you manage that?

I'm sure Martha reads it-it's just the sheer raving jealousy that keeps her silent.

That is almost the exact same couch we have!!! Only we desperately need a giant love seat. If you ever want to pay it forward by giving it away, give me a call!

Sweet couches! They look very chic. Maybe Martha wouldn't like the pancakes (even though I do) but she'd be SOOOO jealous of the heart-looking strawberries.

Ah, don't you just love hand me downs? I think almost everything in my house is a hand me down. They look really nice.
By the way!! There is NO shame in your pancakes or your strawberries. What a cute idea and they are adorable. The little things mean the most!!!
