Another Uneventful But Happy Day

Not much going on here. Potty training is, well, still in the works. It's coming along slowly, but I guess that's how it is. I took a few pictures of Jansen and Natalie so that I would have something to put on the blog:

Watching the rain

Natalie stole this out of her favorite treasure chest: the garbage
The kids get so cranky and clingy in the late afternoon. It about drives me crazy. Taking them outside is usually a quick fix.

That last picture of Natalie makes me swoon! What a doll! I can keep Evie and Ali happy with a hose for hours! I love visiting your family this way! I hope you noticed the picture of you on Shelley's video...all dressed up in your bat or was it a vampire costume? Hmmm, I think it was a vampire. Wow, you're mom liked vampires way before Twilight...

Oh, potty training really is the worst. I hope it is going okay and that you aren't ready to go out of your mind. You start to feel like all you say all day is, "Do you have to go potty?"

Don't you love scrubbing poop out of underwear!? Good luck. I get so frustrated when Jordan pees her pants for no reason.

i totally understand about the kids getting cranky at certain times of day. it's the same with Walter and going outside IS the only thing that works! In fact, I just wrote a post about that same thing!

What are we going to do in the winter?

I just love that picture of them watching the rain together. I love how the younger sibling always wants to be where the older one is. They learn so much by watching them. It just put things in perspective. I agree with the whole going outside to make it through the last hour or so before daddy comes home. It is a lifesaver. You have such cute kids.
Good luck with potty training......
