Jansen was messing around on the driveway on Saturday with his dump truck when this happened:
The scooper of his truck caught on the sidewalk and he flew over his truck and hit his mouth pretty hard. IRONICALLY and THANKFULLY, a pediatric dentist and his family that are in our ward were visiting with us on our driveway when it happened. We took a bloody mouthed Jansen inside and I had to hold Jansen down while Paul (the doc) pushed Jansen's tooth back into place. He had a terrible night that night...as bad as any night I've had as far as sleep deprivation, but he's acting great now and I'll be taking him into the dentist in a few days to get it all checked out again.

What a tender mercy! Just goes to show you there are no coincidences.
Geeze! Poor kid! I hope that everything heals well and the you get some sleep soon!
ouch! hope he's feeling better.
You're lucky he doesn't have a big fat lip! Poor Jansy Pants! When Grace was his age she biffed it running through the living room and took a dive onto the coffee table. Her two front teeth were knocked really hard and she had a huge lip for days. Luckily, her teeth ended up ok, but a little discolored. I'm so sorry about your rough night. You know I have tremendous sympathy for bad nights. Oh, I ache for you. Hope all goes well at the Dentist!
Oh ya, what's with the amazing coincidence of the dentist being in the driveway with you? Boy you guys are living right!
That is so lucky that you happen to have the dentist right there when it happened, it so scary when kids get hurt like that!!
that is a CRAZY story. i wonder if that dentist guy just attracts these incidents? i don't know if i'd invite him over again anytime soon!
and i'm glad he's feeling better so quickly!
It hurts just looking at it! I hope he is feeling better.
That looks like it hurt. That's pretty cool though that you had dentist guy right there!
