For the most part, dinnertime has become an insane hour of craziness. Trying to plan, shop for, prepare, and serve dinner is a huge feat in itself...add in a fussy baby (at this time of day) and a toddler who doesn't like to eat...it makes for quite the adventure. Sometimes Nate and I just look at each like, "Is this for real?" It feels like it's all we can do to just to get some food down each of our throats. I foresee many enjoyable dinners together as a family, but right now, we're just kind of enduring mealtime.

I Love this picture Jessica! It makes me feel like our crazy dinnertime is just as normal as yours at least.
Great game last night!

As I sit at my kitchen desk reading this post, my children are supposed to be eating dinner. Homemade pizza. Should be good, but only Gracie is sitting eating, Evie and Nattie are chasing each other, there are toys all over the floor, the remnants of my dinner prep are scattered across the counter and Evie just spilled a bottle of white nail polish on the carpet and the refrigerator is leaking. Can we join the circus too?
looks like jansen is enjoying those chips off the floor! i feel the same way!:)
I love it, Jess. Just know, you are not alone!
just stop feeding them. Kent actually told me last night that his least favorite thing to do with zeb is dinner time. He said he'd rather change every poopy diaper and even do night feedings. Why is it so difficult? and I only have the one!!!! zeb actually really likes to eat, but he has this weird thing where he rubs his whole face and eyes after EVERY bite. this leads to food in his eyes and nose and that leads to tears.
