So my little sister is here visiting and this morning she informed me that my brother is a hero. I felt like he deserved some recognition here on the blog so here's the story as told to me:
Anthony works at Costco and they were having some sort of lunch. The guy sitting across from Anthony started to choke and Anthony asked him if he was okay. The guy did the choking sign where you put your hands around your neck...and that's when Anthony jumped into action. He ran to the other side of the table and proceeded to give him the Heimlich. And sure enough, a piece of steak launched across the room. And the man lived. And Anthony's legend will now live on as well. Way to go bro. I don't think Costco will be letting this employee go any time soon.

AMAZING. way to go anthony. i've always wondered what it would be like to actually see someone giving the choking sign and using the heimlich. I'd like a play by play anthony!!!
every time taylor and i go to costco we see Anthony, and every time I get the urge to get a good story, we just head on over to costco and ask anthony about grandpa dix.
I don't boast of myself, I only boast of my mom.
I love that story! Why, when I live here right by Tony, and see him excessively, did I not hear this story? Thank you Jess, for blogging it. What I'd really like to ask is...who cleaned up the projectile steak?
I cleaned up the steak and wiped up the vomit from the floor and his mouth. Seriously.
Wow, Tony, that should have been mentioned in the original "Hero Heimlich Hardy" blog. Remind me not to touch you next time I see you...
